Our Company is proud to be among the very first companies to formerly register HOAs with the Bahraini Authorities. Since its inception, we serviced more than a thousand property owners around the Kingdom. We built our reputation on honesty, integrity, and transparency to safeguard your property.

Now, with the establishment of RERA, we see that the Kingdom has legally provided the real estate sector with a clear legal, efficient and transparent framework to oversee that all companies involved in this sector comply with RERA’s transparent and practical guidelines. BCS welcomes such step and is delighted to be an active team member with the RERA guidelines and regulations.

Mr. Qusai Aizouki
- General Manager

Background

Qusai has been in the strata management industry since its inception in the Bahrain. He is an astute real estate professional with more than two decades of experience in strategic collaborations with developers, land owners and a veteran in building institutional relationships.

He specializes in the management of large strata schemes of residential, commercial and mix use properties. He is a subject matter expert on Strata Management and establishment of owner’s association and has carried out specialized consultancy work in addition to managing a portfolio of 30 large developments including Marina West, Villamar Harbor, Tala Island, Al Marsa 2, Meena 7, Juffair Sky View, Danat al Madina and quite a few others in Bahrain.

Prior to employment in the strata management field, Qusai was employed by one of the reputed developers in Bahrain as Project General Manager and was involved in the overall management of the project and operations.

Expertise & Oversight

Qusai holds an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from MIP – Politecnico di Milano (Italy).
Business Management degree from Arab Open University Bahrain.
He also holds certificates in Body Corporate Management, a qualification specific to the strata management industry.
Qusai is highly skilled in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and budgets.

He holds broad knowledge of the Bahrain law of establishing and governing the owner’s association and is well aware of the processes and authorities involved.

Mr. Ali Sultani
-Business Development Manager

Background

Mr. Ali manages Business Development and the Public Relation Matters, he possesses outstanding research,
analytical and communication skills and demonstrates professionalism through high quality
deliverable,
graduated from New York Institute of Technology with Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing Concentration.

Ali has extensive experience in Owners Association Matters, being an Association Manager for several prestigious buildings in Bahrain.
Ali is an excellent public speaker and ideal for convening General Assemblies,Board Meetings and following up with
RERA and other Governmental Authorities.

Ms. Sonali Shah
-Business Development

Background

Sonali has been with the BCS team for over a couple of years and has an extensive work history of 12 years starting off as an associate in the Hospitality sector with Marriott hotels and then progressing to manager for corporate sales with a Travel Management Corporation. She made a switch to the Real Estate industry with Knight Frank to become the Corporate Sales Manager for the group and was involved in numerous projects.  Her customer service and relationship management attributes along with her corporate sales, marketing and consultative selling approach and experience in the real estate industry makes her a valuable addition to our team

Expertise & Oversight

Sonali holds a degree in Hospitality management and is currently undertaking studies in strata management field. With Somali’s 6 years’ experience in the real estate sector her expertise and knowledge of market analysis, real estate sales, customer behaviour, regional market insights and aspects related to strata and facility management will help assist our customers to make informed decisions to invest in the right products in Bahrain market.

Ahmed Tarrada
- Operations Manager

Background

Ahmed is a new addition to BCS team. Ahmed has a total of 11 years of experience in the fields of operation, risk management, fraud control. Prior to joining BCS, He has been managing the operations and Risk in one of the major tailoring materials companies in Bahrain. In addition, he has worked for American Express and he was handling the Fraud control management and the merchant operations for the Middle East and North Africa regions. Prior to that, He was working in AXA Insurance companies for the Motor, Travel, Home underwriting and claims operations.

Expertise & Oversight

Ahmed has a postgraduate certificate in Management from Strathclyde University and bachelor’s degree in Business information system from University of Bahrain. He has an experience in Market analysis, Risk management processes, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Fraud control and an overall good experience in real estate industry.

Ms. Fatima Ghuloom
- HR and Office Administration

Background

Fatima has been with the BCS team for over 3 years and has an extensive work history of 11 years starting off as an IT associate in an Al Jazira Group and then progressing to Human Resources Administrator with Singapore Airlines (MRO) solution for Gulf Air Fleet in Bahrain.

During her tenure with BCS she has managing the HR and office administration including expatriate employees’ work permit using LMRA system, hiring process and ministerial documents administration in addition to payroll management for employees.

Expertise & Oversight

Fatima has a Diploma in Human Resources Management (CIPD) from Victory Training and Development institute in Bahrain and hold a postgraduate in secretarial from Arab Open University Bahrain she also a member in CIPD with a career spanning over 5 years in Human Resources Administration Fatima brings wide ranging experience to her post as A/ HR and Office Administration at BCS Management Company
